A PEC concede proventos integrais aos servidores p\u00fablicos aposentados por invalidez permanente.<\/p>\n<p>A medida vale para os que tenham ingressado no servi\u00e7o p\u00fablico at\u00e9 31 de dezembro de 2003, data de publica\u00e7\u00e3o da Emenda Constitucional 41, a \u00faltima reforma da Previd\u00eancia.
